1. When we use the
crane to carry the goods, we will use ropes to bind the goods to the hook. However, if there is a problem with the rope or the center of gravity of the goods is not found when binding, the goods will slip off when they rise to a certain height.
2. When lifting goods, besides ropes, hooks are also used. If the goods are not hung properly, the protection of the hooks is missing, and the protective measures are invalid, the goods will be disconnected.
3. When we use the crane, some people overload the equipment in order to operate it as soon as possible. Here, the load-bearing range of the rope will be exceeded and the rope will be disconnected.
What is the reason for the twisting and swinging phenomenon when the crane is started and stopped? Some users may buy equipment with low price and general quality when they buy it. This equipment will twist and swing when it is started and cannot operate normally; The braking system completes this action through the friction between the driving wheel and the I-shaped steel track. If the friction force of the driving wheel on the beams at both ends is inconsistent, the lifting machine will swing.
There is no obvious torsion when starting, and there is obvious torsion when stopping. The user should observe whether the driving wheel on the swing side will rotate with the torsion. From this, it can be judged that it is caused by inconsistent braking on both sides; If the driving wheel does not rotate with the torsion, the problem of no braking is that one side of the driving wheel is suspended.
