1. before using KBK track, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment to check whether there is damage. If there is damage, it needs to be repaired in time to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment. Only in this way can the normal and stable operation of the equipment be ensured.
2.kbk track can only be driven by special trolley, and people cannot carry it in the trolley to prevent safety accidents. In addition, it is not allowed to carry out lifting operation when there are personnel, so as to prevent the falling of goods from threatening the life safety of the personnel below.
3. the operator needs to install regular instructions to operate the machine. The pulling direction should be consistent with the track as far as possible. Do not pull the trolley at a certain inclination angle to avoid rollover accident of the trolley.
4. the lifting operation cannot be carried out without determining the limit that KBK rail can bear, because the lifting operation will have a heavy load. If the lifting operation is carried out rashly, it is easy to cause damage to the equipment itself, and even threaten people's life safety.
5. in case of any abnormality during the operation of the track, the operation of the machine shall be stopped immediately to avoid more serious damage to the equipment. After the equipment stops running, it is necessary to find relevant personnel for maintenance in time. It is not allowed to disassemble the equipment without permission.

1. the nut used in track installation shall not be lower than grade 8.8, so as to ensure that the nut will not loosen during use.
2. the secondary protection installation hole shall be within the range close to the lifting point, in which the steel wire rope is not stressed, and the steel wire rope on the top passes through the trolley.
3. limit screws shall be added at the end covers at both ends of the track to effectively protect the two sections from impact and have sufficient impact resistance.
