Safe Operating Rules
1. The KBK crane operator must master the relevant operating specifications involving the use and operation of the crane, and must also receive sufficient training in the operation and use of the crane; those who are insensitive to the influence of drugs, alcohol or drugs are not allowed to operate, maintain or Repair the crane.
2. Before using the KBK crane, it should be ensured that the equipment is in a safe and correct operating state.
3. There is an emergency stop button installed on the flashlight door. If it is found that the danger of possible personal injury or damage to facilities and equipment is found immediately, the emergency stop button must be pressed immediately.
Precautions for use
1. Transporting people is not allowed.
2. It is not allowed to lift loads above personnel.
3. Do not overload.
4. It is not allowed to leave the load in the suspending position for a long time without personnel monitoring. At the end of the work, the crane must be under no load.
5. It is not allowed to move the electric chain hoist by pulling the hand switch. The trolley should be moved by pulling the load, the spreader or the carrying hook component, so that the electric chain hoist can be displaced.
6. It is not allowed to drop the load when the chain is in a loose state, the resulting impact load will cause danger and serious damage to the crane.
7. Avoid fretting, that is, jog the motor quickly and continuously.
