The single-column cantilever crane has a simple structure and is mainly composed of a column, a slewing arm, a jib device and an electric hoist. Do round-trip operations on I-beams! The cantilever crane is a light-duty working-strength crane. It consists of a column, a slewing arm slewing drive device and an electric hoist. It has light weight, large span, large lifting capacity, economical and durable. High mechanical efficiency, convenient installation, use and maintenance, and low cost. During on-site installation, remove the round nut on the cantilever hanging column, the 1.5-ton column cantilever crane fixes the cantilever on the column through the rotating shaft and the waist ring track, and then installs the round nut from the inside of the slewing device to the rotating shaft. Then install the collector ring and lock the polyurethane nut in sequence. The round cable passes through the interior of the column, goes out through the central hole of the rotating shaft, and enters the collector ring after receiving electricity. The collector ring bracket and carbon brush are installed inside the slewing device. The carbon brush is connected to the cable. The cantilever crane is led out from the middle of the slewing device and connected to the electric control cabinet. Through the contactor switch in the electric control cabinet, the cantilever crane cable is connected to the slewing device. Run the motor and lift the electric hoist.
