Precautions for operation of KBK suspension crane
Precautions for operation of
KBK suspension crane
KBK suspension crane is applicable to the linear transportation of materials. It can be directly connected to the loading and unloading station for reciprocating transportation and circular transportation. It can walk freely in the track on different parts such as linear guide rail, curved guide rail, branch point, turntable and so on. So what are the precautions during operation?
1. Before using the
suspended crane, you need to fully understand the equipment to see if there is any damage. In case of damage, timely rest is required to ensure the stable operation of the equipment (explanation: stable and unchanged). Only in this way can the equipment operate normally and stably.
2. The
suspension crane can only be used for special vehicles, and people cannot carry it in the vehicle to prevent safety accidents. In addition, in the case of personnel, the lifting operation cannot be carried out to prevent the goods from falling, which poses a threat to the life safety of the following people.
3. Operators and controllers need to install formal instructions for operating the machine. The direction of tension shall be consistent with the track as far as possible. Do not pull the trolley at a certain tilt angle to avoid rollover accident. The suspension crane can be simply suspended on the roof or superstructure of the building. The crane track does not require additional auxiliary support. Whether part or all of the workshop, it can be installed simply and reliably at a low cost.
4. When the limit of the hanging crane can be determined, it is impossible to carry out the lifting operation, because the lifting operation will have a large heavy load.
5. If any abnormality occurs during track operation, the operation of the machine shall be stopped immediately to avoid more serious damage to the equipment. After the equipment stops running, it is necessary to find relevant personnel for maintenance and repair in time. It is not allowed to disassemble the equipment privately.
