Four important steps in the installation process of KBK rail crane Installation of KBK track running track 1. Assemble the bowl, cross arm, screw, club and deck with bolts and cotter pins. The screw is screwed into the club until the cotter pin can pass through the elongated hole in the club and through the hole in the screw, thread the cotter pin through. 2. Install the flexible hanging device on the lifting track according to the requirements of the scheme drawing. 3. Install the crane rail on the bearing steel structure through the flexible hanging device, adjust the flexible hanging device to make it vertical, and adjust the horizontality of the rail by adjusting the screwing depth of the screw rod and the ball bar. 4. Connect the track section into a crane track through two bolts. Note: During installation, there should be no dislocation of the rail interface end, and there should be no resistance when the trolley is pushed through the joint; it should be ensured that the bolts are tightened reliably and evenly. If the joint bolts are tightened at one end more than the other, the track will bend; the track should not be stressed during installation, as this will narrow the opening of the track; when several tracks are suspended, they must be aligned on the same level straight line. 5. Install the anti-collision limit end cover after installing the crane operating device, the suspension line slider and the intermediate buffer into the track. 6. Built-in sliding wire KBK track docking: first check whether the conductor interface at the interface corresponds, then insert the short end of the sliding contact wire connector into the conductor interface, * butt the rails (note that the sliding contact wires should be in one-to-one correspondence, and no dislocation is allowed). Installation of KBK Flexible Suspension Crane 1. Fix the main beam hanging device on the main beam of the crane according to the crane span. 2. Connect the main girder hanging device to the trolley or bearing beam on the track. When the crane and the track are arranged at right angles, the main girder hanging device should be vertical. 3. Install the trolley, the hanging wire slider or the electric drive device, install the intermediate buffer, install the anti-collision limit end cover and the rail end cable clamp. 4. For the double main girder suspension crane, first connect the double main girder running trolley bracket to the manual trolley, and then install the triangular plate to make the two main girder parallel and at right angles to the track. Installation of KBK rail hanging hoist 1. The installation position of the chain hoist lifting ring must ensure that the hoist power supply wiring inlet is facing the direction of the power supply. 2. Connect the lifting ring of the electric chain hoist to the manual trolley or the bearing capacity with a pin. 3. Installation and wiring of KBK electrical installations First install the electrical control and crane switch box, and then wire according to the wiring diagram. NOTE: Make sure that the flat cable is not twisted along its length when installed. Firmly tighten all nuts and bolts at the cable anchorage points.
