First check the KBK crane pulleys. The pulley guard should be installed firmly without damage or obvious deformation; the pulley rotates flexibly, smooth and smooth without cracks, and the rim part is free of defects and damage to the wire rope; the uneven wear of the wheel groove reaches 3mm. or the wall thickness wear reaches the original When the wall thickness is 20%, or the diameter of the bottom of the wheel groove is reduced by 50% of the wire rope diameter, the pulley should be scrapped.
Next, check the hook of the KBK crane. The wear of the dangerous section of the hook should not exceed 10% of the original size. The wear of the hook bushing should not exceed 50% of the original size, and the wear of the mandrel should not exceed 5% of the original size; the surface should be smooth and free of damage Mouth, acute angle and other defects. The defects on the hook are not allowed to be repaired by welding; the dangerous section at the lower part of the hook and the section of the relief groove of the threaded part of the hook tail are strictly prohibited from having cracks; the hook should be rotated flexibly, and the positioning bolts, cotter pins, etc. must be well tightened.
Check the wire rope of the KBK crane. The fixed pressure plate at the end of the wire rope should be ≥2; the length of the wire rope must ensure that when the hook is lowered to the lowest position, the wire rope remaining on the reel should not be less than 3 turns; the wire rope should be free from kinks, dead ends, hard bends, plastic deformation, hemp cores Serious deformation such as prolapse, good lubrication condition.
