Maintenance principle
1. The principle of ensuring the normal and safe operation of aluminum alloy rail hoisting machinery is to provide 24-hour emergency repair service.
2. For the damage to the vulnerable parts of the aluminum alloy crane, the manufacturer is responsible for repairing the labor costs; for the damaged parts, the user can purchase new parts or pay the purchase cost to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer will purchase it on his behalf.
3. For high frequency use or abnormal conditions, the frequency of maintenance should be increased.
4. Expenses separately borne by the user (maintenance and accessories):
a) Damage caused by man-made aluminum alloy cranes;
b) The crane suffered a fire;
c) The installation of equipment on the hoisting machinery proposed by the user;
d) All requirements not included in the maintenance contract.
5. Conduct a comprehensive operational safety inspection and operational quality inspection once a year.
